VIKADAN- a leading Tamil magazine organized the organ donation awareness camp by putting up information stalls in different colleges at Chennai. They invited Cadaver Transplant Programme (CTP) to set an organ donation awareness stall at Meenakshi College of Engineering, KK Nagar, Chennai on 25th January 2014. Mr. Sree Kumar, Project Manager (CTP) and Mr. Jeyabal M, Transplant Coordinator MOHAN Foundation and manned the stall.
The following topics were explained to the college students:
Students from different departments visited the stall and pledged for organ donation. Totally 320 members visited the stall and 302 of them picked the donor card.
