Organ Donation stall set up at Government Ration Shop, Godhani Railway, Nagpur

  • On 18th December 2022 MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mr. Nikhil Meshram - Government Ration shop dealer of Godhani Railway, Nagpur to set up a stall outside the ration shop. Mr.Bulu set up a stall with the help of MOHAN Foundation’s donor cards, broachers, standee  and banners. Mr.Bulu Behera discussed the below details with the visitors.

    • What is the age limit for organ donation?
    • MOHAN Foundation activities.
    • Information about Donor cards.
    • Information about helpline number.
    • Information about THO act 1994.
    • Information about NOTTO, ROTTO, SOTTO & ZTCC.

     

    Questions asked by visitors

    • Which are the government schemes available to undergo organ transplant?
    • Which organ and tissues can be donated after brain death?

     

    Close to 25 visitors visited the stall and 4 of them signed the pledge form.
