The AVBD Treasurer, Mr. Kumarjit Singh, coordinated the camp and reached out to the MOHAN Foundation regarding the initiative. The camp's theme, "Wings & Stethoscopes: Healers of Hope," was chosen to honour "National Doctors' Day." Participants in the blood donation camp came from various parts of Manipur and visited the counters both before and after donating blood.

The team explained the fundamentals of organ and eye donation, the Indian waiting list registry, the different kinds of organ donation, and the concept of brain death in simple terms. They also emphasized the importance of family approval in this process. Visitors at the counter were also given an overview of stories about deceased organ donors. MOHAN Foundation team answered various questions and provided Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding organ donation.
