Continuing the discourse on Thursday, the 4th of April, Mr. Devang Chhaya returned to guide participants through the legal and ethical complexities inherent in organ transplantation.Drawing upon his vast expertise, Mr. Chhaya provided a detailed exposition of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994, elucidating its provisions and implications for organ procurement, allocation, and transplantation processes. Through the analysis of compelling case studies, participants were challenged to confront intricate ethical dilemmas encountered in clinical practice, thereby fostering critical thinking and decision-making skills.
