August 13th is celebrated as World Organ Donation Day. On this day MOHAN Foundation organized an awareness initiative aimed at educating staff of the offices within their premises: Toshniwal building. The initiative was led by Ms. Yamini M., Community Education Executive at MOHAN Foundation.
As part of the awareness campaign, Ms. Yamini prepared a thoughtful kit for distribution, which included the following items:
Ms. Yamini personally visited all the offices in the Toshniwal building, distributing these kits to around 300 employees. The initiative successfully introduced MOHAN Foundation’s mission and noble cause to the employees, fostering a greater understanding of the significance of organ donation.
The response from the employees was overwhelmingly positive. In several organizations, many individuals expressed a strong interest in pledging their organs. These employees shared their thoughts and demonstrated a keen interest in learning more about organ donation, showcasing the effectiveness of the awareness campaign.
