An awareness session on organ donation was organized at RUDSET, Jaipur on 16th Oct. 2024. This session aimed to educate trainees of mobile repairing about the importance and impact of organ donation. Dr. Anushree Nair- Project director- MFJCF provided comprehensive information on organ donation, addressing common myths and misconceptions.
The session covered the legal and ethical aspects of organ donation. Real-life stories and testimonials of organ donors and recipients were shared to highlight the life-changing impact of organ donation.
The trainees actively participated, asking insightful questions and engaging in discussions about the societal benefits of organ donation.
The session successfully raised awareness about organ donation among the trainees, encouraging them to consider becoming organ donors and to spread the message.
Close to 25 trainees were sensitized.
