Terms and Conditions for the Certification Course:
  1. This certificate is being issued solely by MOHAN Foundation, upon successful completion of your course, and this is not a certificate issued by or in collaboration with any government body or authority at central or state level, or, the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization.
  2. The course is not endorsed by any private or public or professional organization.
  3. MOHAN Foundation receives funding from both public and private institutions, and any educational grant which is offered to certain students, will be on a first to come first to serve basis, and is limited only to three (03) candidates, per batch.
  4. Your access to the course will be on a payable basis, and once you have paid the fees, there will be no refunds issued to you.
  5. Your interaction with the website will be governed by our policies, including but not limited to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  6. Your registration will entitle you to a log-in account for access to your course materials, which will be password protected, and access to such account will be valid only during the duration of the course, till your certification is complete.
  7. You will be entitled to attempt the certification examination, for a cumulative of two times [including a reattempt, after failing the first time], and your reattempt has to be within the expiry of one month from date of the results, of the certification examination. For completeness, the fees towards reattempt will be INR 500 only.
  8. By undertaking this course, you further understand and undertake the following:
    1. MOHAN Foundation does not support any activities which is unethical or unlawful, and strives to provide education and support for people interested in learning more about organ transplantation and related laws;
    2. MOHAN Foundation intends for you to promote goodwill associated with the cause of organ transplantation, and also to create awareness around organ donation and the scientific background of the subject matter, and not create any false associations or claims around the same;
    3. You are aware of the sensitivity of the subject matter, and are aware of the ethical, social and legal aspects and will strive to abide by the legal framework;
    4. You will not associate MOHAN Foundation with any illegal trading organization, nor use your certificate issued by the Foundation for any activity which brings the Foundation to disrepute. You shall also not use your learnings to commit any act which is against the principles of the Foundation, or the law.

• Fee for general candidates - Rs. 4,000 (Indian candidates) / $ 99.99 (International candidates)

• Fee for government hospital staff / contract staff placed in government hospital - Rs. 2,000 (50% subsidised)*

*This is applicable only for Indian candidates. The candidate must submit formal letter issued by the head of the institute / head of the department
