  1. This certificate is being issued solely by MOHAN Foundation, upon successful completion of your course, and this is not a certificate issued by or in collaboration with any government body or authority at central or state level, or, the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization.
  2. The course is not endorsed by any private or public or professional organization.
  3. Your access to the course will be on a payable basis, and once you have paid the fees, there will be no refunds issued to you.
  4. Your interaction with the website will be governed by our policies, including but not limited to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  5. Your registration will entitle you to a log-in account for access to your course materials, which will be password protected, and access to such account will be valid for thirty days.
