About MOHAN Foundation
MOHAN (Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network) Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1997 in Chennai to promote organ donation in India. The foundation works extensively to raise awareness, engage with key stakeholders, and coordinate with government and healthcare agencies to enhance deceased organ donation across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the community to promote organ and tissue donation.
- Conduct presentations in Tamil and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, colleges, and NGOs to drive awareness initiatives.
- Maintain records and generate reports on activities conducted.
- Handle helpline inquiries related to organ donation and update necessary information.
- Develop and design content for public awareness campaigns and website updates.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Excellent presentation and computer (MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel) skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Nursing, or Sciences.
