Sister Arul invited MOHAN Foundation to conduct an interactive session on organ donation for Dharma Jyothi Social Service Centre. MOHAN Foundation team organized awareness talk on 10^th September 2023 at 09:30am in the morning. Around 210 audience attended the session.

MOHAN Foundation was represented by Mr. Ajith Devassya (Program Officer) MOHAN Foundation.

The following topics were discussed in detail:

• Introduction about Mohan Foundation
• Brain Stem Death
• Circulatory Death
• Jeevasarthakathe and its role
• Organ allocation system in Karnataka
• The Burden of Organ failure & need for organ donation
• Importance of a Donor Card

All 210 of the audience supported the cause by taking the pledge for organ donation.

Brochures and donor cards were distributed at the end of the session
