On the occasion of Mr.Raju Sambarkar  birthday i.e 2^nd July 2023, Mr.Bulu Behera-Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation – Nagpur was  invited to give a talk on organ donation  at Maharaja Celebration hall ,Kusi Nagar,Nagpur.Mr.Sambarkar is the politician of Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) .He wanted to pledge for organ donation on his birthday and hence invited Mr.Behera to give information regarding organ donation .

• What is organ donation? Who can donate an organ?
• What is brain death and natural death?
• After brain death, which organs and tissues can be donated?
• After natural death, which tissues can be donated, and what are the time factors?
• What is the difference between coma and brain death?
• Is organ donation possible if the patient is in a coma?
• Information regarding body donation and eye donation
• What are the legal and ethical implications of organ donation?
• What does the Transplantation of Human Organs Act of 1994 say about organ donation?
• What is the role of NOTTO, ROTO, SOTTO, ZTCC, and the MOHAN Foundation in organ donation?
• Historical aspect of organ donation.
• What are the time factors for organ donation? 

It was an interactive session and the participants asked the following questions:

• After my death if my family inform to MOHAN Foundation, who come to take my organ?
• What is time duration for dead Body handover to donor family?
• From government side any financial support to donor family? 

 Around 80 participants attended the talk and 11 pledged for organ donation. Mr Bulu Behra urged the participants to check out the MOHAN Foundation website and promoted the Toll-Free Helpline Number. Mr.Behera thanks  Mr.Raju Sambarkar for supporting the noble cause of organ donation.
