On July 25, 2013 MOHAN Foundation's team conducted an awareness session on organ donation for the employees of Jones Lang Lasalle at Global Business Park, Gurgaon. Jones Lang Lasalle is a financial professional services firm specializing in real estate services. The firm offers integrated services delivered by expert teams worldwide to clients seeking increased value by owning, occupying or investing in real estate.

PASS IT ON, Organ Donor Sign-up Drive was the brain child of Ms Gagan Singh, CEO - Business & Chairperson, Jones Lang Lasalle India. She is a dynamic real estate professional who proactively organizes such activities for her employees frequently. This drive was organized as part of their CSR activity across all their offices in India.

About 40 people attended the presentation and various concepts of organ donation were explained and interesting queries were handled like-

1. Organ donation- who gets priority, how it is decided.

2. Can somebody 'will' his or her organ to somebody for donation-specifically name a recipient- example a grandfather willing his organs to his grandson

3. Issues in living donation vis a vis deceased organ donations

4.Organ trafficking- how do you know the organ is going to the right person

After the session MOHAN foundations representative was requested to stay on for some more time so that employees who could not attend the presentation could walk in with their queries.

The whole day drive was very successful as 49 people took organ donor cards
thereby showing their willingness to donate their organs upon death.
