On 20^th April 2023, Dr. Neena, Ambassador, MOHAN Foundation, Assistant Professor in B.R.M College of Education Gharaunda, Haryana, Lay Lecturer First Aid in St. John Ambulance India and Brigade Officer in Red Cross Karnal, Haryana organized awareness talk on Organ Donation for the students of Kumari Vidyavati Anand DAV College for Women, Karnal, Haryana . Around 75 Students, 3 Faculty members attended the session.

In this talk, she explained the following points: -

• Organ donation and its need
• When and how does organ donation take place
• Organs that can be donated during life and after death
• The transplant waiting list in India
• Brain death
• Difference between brain and coma
• Role of MOHAN Foundation
• Organ donation Myths and Facts

At the end, the entire group got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. Dr. Neena gave vote of thanks.  Around 15 of them took the donor cards. They would love to share their wish with their families.
