On 13^th March 2023, 30 students pursuing Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Osmania College visited MOHAN Foundation Hyderabad Office to know about the cause of Organ donation. The project was for their deeper understanding and a part of the field work project of visiting an NGO. Ms Srividya and Dr. Bhanu Prakash were the key speakers

Dr. Bhanu Prakash started the session by asking a few introductory questions on Organ Donation and then introduced MOHAN Foundation to the participants and kept the audience engaged throughout the session. The following were discussed in detail:

• Organ donation and its need in the society
• When and how does organ donation take place
• Organs that can be donated during life and after death
• Brain death
• Role of MOHAN Foundation
• Eye donation
• Green Corridor

Ms. Srividya.S spoke about the role of social media in promoting organ donation and various other avenues to sensitise the masses on organ donation. The participants enthusiastically posed several questions. To name a few:

• How does MOHAN Foundation operate
• Role of social workers in promoting organ donation
