On 16^th December 2022 Mr. Bulu was invited by Mr. Dayanand Thakare to set up an information desk at Mr. Thakare’s wedding anniversary function. Mr. Thakare was very instrumental in organizing this information desk.  He helped Mr. Bulu to set up MOHAN Foundation’s standee, banner and invited the residents of that area to visit the information desk.

Mr. Behera addressed the visitors and discussed with them about the below topics

• What is organ donation and who can donate organ?
• Type of Death – Natural death and Brain death.
• Difference between coma and brain death.
• In case of Brain death which organ and tissues can be donate?
• In case of Natural death which tissues can be donate.
• What is the age limit for organ donation?
• Information about body donation, hand transplant, eye donation was discussed

Questions asked by participants were as follows:

• What is medico legal and non medico legal case?
• After natural death, within what period of time the tissues should be donated?
• Whom to contact for organ donation?

Close to 50 of visitors visited the stall and 5 of them signed the pledge form.
