On June 08, 2022, Ms Pallavi Kumar was invited by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI) to speak at an event titled "Iconic Day" at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi. The event was organsied as per the advice of Ministry of Corporate Affairs as part of government’s " Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" to commemorate 75 years of independence

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Bhagwat Kishanrao Karad, Hon'ble Minister of State for Finance. The day long programme had series of seminars on sustainability, strategies for economic revival and strengthening funding & financing. Ms Pallavi Kumar was the speaker for the seminar titled, "Women -From Empowerment to Excellence-Contemporary Perspective" The seminar was organized by WMEC (Women Member’s Empowerment Committee) of ICAI

Ms Pallavi spoke about her own journey towards empowerment and also shared about MOHAN Foundation and its work in the area of organ donation.
