On 18^th March 2022, Mr. Bulu Behera was invited by Dr. Arjita Suri -National Service Scheme (NSS) Officer In Charge, to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for Anjuman Girls Degree College - NSS students.

Dr. Arjita welcomed Mr. Bulu and invited him to the dais to present his presentation on organ donation. Mr. Bulu thanked Dr. Arjita and introduced himself to the audience and started his presentation by talking about MOHAN Foundation and its activities.

He then, discussed the following contents:

1. Concept of Organ Donation, Types of donors
2. The status of organ donation in India and their requirement v/s donation rates.
3. Myths and Facts about organ donation was explained in detail
4. Concept of Brain death and Circulatory death
5. Age is not a constraint in donating organs
6. Real life stories of organ recipients were shared with the participants.
7. Importance of donor card.
8. How to pledge organs through MOHAN Foundation website.

Around 40 participants participated in this programme. They expressed their heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Bulu for his work on creating awareness about organ donation and thanked him for presenting a valuable talk on organ donation. This session inspired 12 of them to pledge their organs through pledge forms.
