On 28^th July 2021, on the occasion of World Liver Day, Dr Jimmy conducted a Webinar on Organ Donation for the members of Innerwheel Club of Dhule District 306.

Dr Jimmy introduced MOHAN Foundation as an NGO working passionately for deceased organ donation past 24 years. She explained the difference between Cardiac Death & Brain Death in-depth. Then she elaborated about the organs & tissues that can be donated by both the cases. She also described that tissue donation (skin & eyes) can happen even at home which caught attention of the students. She then discussed about Organ Donations that can happen in case of Brain Dead case and number of lives that can be saved by giving the examples of successful transplant stories articles and news about green corridor. She also introduced the public about new advances like Hand & Uterus transplant.

Dr Jimmy described the importance of discussing about Organ Donation within the family and to carry Donor Card always in purse or wallet. Online link to the donor card was shared in order to enable the members to take pledge. Dr Jimmy spoke thereafter, inviting the members to join MOHAN Foundation's Organ Donation Ambassador Program. A detail of Organ Donation Helpline number was also shared.

About 65 participants attended session & 15 pledged online to become Organ Donor. Lastly Ms Disha Arora gave vote of thanks to Dr Jimmy for conducting the valuable session.
