On 5^th September 2019 a rally in support of organ donation was organized under the 'AVYAVYADAN MAHARALLY 2019 ' Campaign initiated by J.J.Hospital.About 40 college NSS students, volunteers of many NGO's, Police force&Fire Brigade Combat personnel, trainees were the part of this rally.

MOHAN Foundation also participated in the 3.5 KM rally. There were more than 600 participants belonging to mixed age group. The participants held banners with inspiring slogans relating to organ donation. Dr Jimmy along with Mr Nagrajan Iyer (Angel of Change & Life-member) participated in Rally. Marine Drive police took care about the crowd management.

Additional commissioner of Police Jaykumur, Chief fire officer, Consulate General of Isarel, Buddhist Monk, Mrs Wankede, Priest Fernandes, DCP Nishandar, Director of Kaushal Vikas Yojna, Dr Ajay Chandanwale Dean of J.J. Hospital took the Dias and program was inaugurated by Lamp Lighting after the rally at GMC Gymkhana at Marine Drive.Participants were showed inspiring videos supporting Organ Donation. Nursing students performed skit explaining Brain Dead case & debunking myths & facts related to Organ Donation. Also blood donation camp was kept.

Dr Abhijeet Joshi from Anatomy department introduced the program. Father Fernandes Catholic Priest Vikhroli Station near Church spoke that Christianity support Organs and Life is ultimate precious so Donating Organs is supreme things. MaulanaIrfan said Good people is the one who thinks about other people along with their family so we should Donate organs & Save others Life. Yacoob Frankstein & Numro Consulate General of Isarel spoke about the Opt Out system of Israel and Jews also support Organ donation. 

Dean Dr. Ajay Chandanwale also gave vote of thanks to all the participants. He spoke about the statistics of the organs required. He requested all the dignitaries to put stickers supporting Organ Donation at all the dignitaries Offices. Dr Monali Supre gave Vote of thanks to all the dignitaries, Sponsors, Participating NGO's, Colleges and hospital staff. After completion of programeveryone stood & took Oath to donate organs and to spread messages of Organ donation to future generations. We are thankful to Dr Monali Supre and Dr Ajay Chandanwale Dean of J.J. Hospital for inviting us &supporting the cause of Organ donation.
