On 21^st July 2019, Mrs Jaya Jairam of MOHAN Foundation was invited as faculty for taking a session on Communication skills for the second day of Volunteers Training Programme which was   especially for Advanced Training for Organ Donation Activists at MLT Auditorium at KEM Hospital.

Mrs Jaya Jairam started the session by introducing MOHAN Foundation, its mission, vision and philanthropy.  She presented important aspects of improving practical skills such as soft skills and communication, self-expectations, communication guidelines, body language, team building, conflict resolving, and stress management for Organ Donation Activists.

Mrs Jaya Jairam also engaged Organ Donation Activists to participate in few activities which help them in learning the importance of effective communication that will help in spreading the awareness about Organ Donation by the Activists.About 40 participants attended the session.
