On 29th March 2019, MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum - Navjeevan team conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Heights Institute of Fashion and Technology, Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Heights Institute of Fashion and Technology is an unit of S.K.Educations Pvt.Ltd. It came into existence in 1996. Since then Heights has shown its presence in almost all the Indian states. Its center in Jaipur was established on 6th of June 2003.

Dr. Amla Batra and Mr. Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF team.  Mrs. Anjali Gupta and Mr. Deepak Gupta along with 60 students of fashion attended the session and got sensitized about the noble cause.

Dr. Amla Batra gave information to the audience with the help of a powerpoint presentation and a video based on organ donation and covered following points

1.  Concepts of organ donation.

2. Need of organs in India

3. Difference Between cardiac and brain death.

Some questions were asked during the session and answered by MFJCF team members.

1. How can we pledge for our organs?

2. What are the reasons of brain death?

3. How will the Foundation get to know about my death?

After the program 30 students picked up donor cards and posed with the organ donation message board "I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION"
