On 24.08.2018 MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum – Navjeevan team conducted an awareness talk on organ donation with the help AU Small Finance Bank at Khijuria Brahmnan Panchayat, Bassi Jaipur to make villagers and students aware about the noble cause.

Ms. Ranju Jain and Mr. Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF team.

Ms. Kalli Devi (Sarpanch), Mr. Ram Prasad (Gram Sevak) along with 35 villagers and students of class 11 and 12^th attended the session and got the useful information about organ donation.

Ms. Kamla Chaudhary gave a presentation and explained many things to audience like

1. Concept of brain death.
2. Difference between coma and brain death.
3. Human organs transplant act 1994.

Some questions were also asked by villagers which were answered by members.

1. How can I pledge for my organs?
2. Does family member of organ donor get any financial help from Government?
3. Does family member of organ donor get priority when they are in need of organ transplant?

After the program all villagers picked up the donor cards and promised to spread awareness organ donation.
