MOHAN Foundation conducts a session on the Role of Police during Deceased Donation at TNPA - 3 |
MOHAN Foundation got an invitation from Tamil Nadu Police Academy (TNPA), Oonamanchery, Chennai for an awareness talk for the DSP’s and SP’s from Cyber Crime Department. The session was conducted in the Training Lab on 13th July 2018 at 3 PM. Mrs. Kavitha Aneesh, Trivandrum and Mr. T. S. Siva Shankar Helpline Executive, MOHAN Foundation conducted the session. Before the session one of the officers came in front and he shared his experience of a Brain Death case in Apollo Hospital, Chennai. The officers were given green ribbons and a survey form on organ donation. Mr. Siva Shankar then started the session with explaining the concepts of organ donation. He explained the need for organ donation and every officer during the session very receptive to the talk. The officers had good information about organ donation.
