On 10^th February 2012, MOHAN Foundation team was invited to give a talk on Organ Donation to the employees of Emerson Solutions. This initiative was taken by the CSR team of Emerson Solutions. About 60 employees were addressed on the concepts of Organ Donation, Brain Death, Religious Aspects of Organ Donation and The Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994.

In the queries session that followed, many employees suggested that we take the concept of Organ Donation to the rural areas as many people in the villages are not aware of Organ Donation and if educated about its importance, may be willing to donate organs. Another employee wanted to know who gets the donated organ and on what basis. All these queries were answered and in the end all the employees pledged for Donor Card.
