On 20^th December 2017, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Ms. Baljinder Kaur, NSS Program Officer of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk for their students at the NSS camp of their school. Approximately 50 students from class 12^th attended the session.

Students were given an introduction & presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Deepika Arora. The talk focused on concepts of organ donation and transplantation.

Explained the following points:-

• Necessity and importance of organ donation
• Types of Donors
• In case of natural death which tissues can be donated
• In case of Brain death which organs and tissues can be donated
• Myths on organ donation
• Importance of Donor card

It was indeed an amazing session all the students were highly motivated and said they will come forth to make it success in their areas.
