Dr. Ravi Wankhede, Director, MOHAN Foundation & Secretary, ZTCC-Nagpur  was invited to give a talk on awareness of Organ donation and Transplantation to about 50 employees at Sewa Automotive Pvt Ltd. at Kingsway, Nagpur on 15^th November 2017. .

Present on the occasion was Mr. Jaspreet Singh Arora, the Branch Manager,  who introduced Dr. Ravi Wankhede. Dr. Wankhede started with the short audio clipping of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi speaking on the subject in the 13^th edition of ‘Man Ki Baat’ . He spoke on social, medical, religious and legal aspects. He gave the examples of organ donors whose family gave their consent for noble cause.

After the presentation few questions were asked by the employs such how to get registered as ‘organ donor’& relevance of  the donor cards. He also gave the information about E-donor app to pledge online.

The audience enjoyed singing the song ‘Kisikike mushurahoton pe ho nissar’ from the film ‘Anari’ led by Dr. Ravi Wankhede who had the lyrics displayed on the screen and music track playing through audio file.

Mr. BuluBehera, Transplant co-ordinator of MOHAN foundation distributed information brochures and pledge cards consent forms. Two employees singed the consent forms and collected their Donor cards and took pictures with Donor cards.
