On 23 October 2015 Mr. Powar, RTO officer, Nagpur branch invited MOHAN foundation to conduct an awareness session on organ donation for drivers who apply for vehicle registration and driving license.

Ms. Kanchan Shewde delivered a talk on organ donation. In her talk she explained the following:

• Types of donations –Live and deceased donation
• Difference between Natural death, Coma and Brain Death.
• THO Act and myths related to Organ donation
• Tissue donations  after death – eye and skin
• Body donation
• Importance of Donors card, Helpline number and website.
