On, 5^th May, 2015 an awareness session was conducted for the students of Government High School Sector-43, Chandigarh under the “Student Awareness Campaign” which started on, to cover all the students of government schools in Chandigarh.  Around 100 students participated and they were from 10^th standard. The Principal and the teachers of the school were really very supportive.

The students very enthusiastically listened the session. They were given a presentation on Organ donation, importance of deceased donation, concepts of brain Death by Nilakshi and the information brochures were also distributed among the students.

Students were shown donor cards .The students were asked by the Program Coordinator to talk about organ donation with their family and friends if they are convinced with the cause.
