On 18^th January 2015, MOHAN Foundation conducted a sensitization meeting for the members of ProEngage, a Tata Sustainability Group Initiative. The aim of ProEngage is to strengthen the commitment of Tata Group towards making a positive contribution to the world communities and the environment.

Dr. Koti Reddy of MOHAN Foundation spoke about importance of deceased organ donation, eye donation, T.H.O 1994 Act, concept of brain death, religion and cultural barriers, myths surrounding organ donation. There was a lengthy discussion on the role that ProEngage volunteers can play in promoting organ donation among the corporate organizations and general public and also helping MOHAN Foundation in providing innovative ideas and formulating better policies to remain sustainable.

We thank Ms. Rajana Anthony, Mr. Vamshi Krishna and Ms. Bhargavi for taking this noble initiative and joining hands with MOHAN Foundation in promoting organ donation.
