MOHAN Foundation was invited by Ms. Nalini of JDA Software to conduct an awareness session on organ donation for their employees on 25^th November 2014. The event was organized at the cafeteria of JDA Software.

There were about 50 employees that have actively participated in the event and all of them were distributed donor cards, family donor cards, information brochures and car stickers. We have distributed 500 donor cards, information brochures and family donor cards to be circulated among the other employees that could not attend the session.

Dr. Koti Reddy of MOHAN Foundation spoke about importance of deceased organ donation, religious and cultural barriers involved with organ donation & eye donation, benefits of transplantation, concept of brain death and myths surrounding organ donation.

We thank Ms. Nalini, Ms. Kranti (Team Lead) and the management of JDA Software for helping us in conducting this event to promote organ donation among their employees as a part of their Charity Fair. We also thank all the employees that have given their valuable time for this noble cause and for their active participation during the question and answer session.

MOHAN Foundation intends to build a long-term partnership/relationship with JDA Software and wish them grand success in their CSR endeavors in the future.
