One Week Transplant Coordinator Training Programme, Delhi-NCR |
One Week Transplant Coordinator Training Programme
MOHAN Foundation is happy to announce its “One Week Transplant Coordinators’ Training Programme” from April 1-5, 2014 in Meditorium, Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Sector-44, Gurgaon.
The success of organ donation and transplantation depends largely upon effective counseling of relatives and coordination of the donation process. Therefore the requirement of diligent transplant coordinators is crucial. The Transplantation of Human Organs Act (THOA), 1994, has also made hiring of Transplant Coordinators mandatory for every registered Transplant Centre. This has led to a huge requirement of Transplant Coordinators all across the country.
In order to meet the growing demand and ensure efficient organ donation processes, MOHAN Foundation has embarked upon training programs to suit the needs of health care professionals in hospitals. The Foundation has been conducting several training programs of various durations in the country, and has trained over 350 transplant coordinators. We invite applications from Social Workers, Senior ICU Nurses, Patient Coordinators, Dialysis technicians and even doctors to attend our upcoming non –residential training programme from April 1-5, 2014 at New Delhi. The venue shall be shortly decided and informed to the participants by phone/mail.
Certificate would be given to candidates upon successful completion of the entire Program. Given the seriousness of the post and agenda, thorough written test would be conducted on last day of the training program.
