MOHAN Foundation conducts an Awareness Talk at Temple of Knowledge at Dahagaon. |

On 22nd February 2014, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mr. Mukul Chimote, Chief member of the Art of Living Ashram of Dahagaon at Nagpur to give a talk on deceased organ donation. The aim was to create an awareness about the ultimate gift of life - organ donation for the teachers, students and devotes of Sri Sri Swami Ravi Shankar.
Miss.Kanchan Shewde and Mr.Bulu Behera , transplant coordinators of MOHAN Foundation conducted the event. Their talk highlighted the organs and tissues that can be donated after Brain death, natural death and while living, eye donation, organ allocation, THO Act, MOHAN Foundation activities & MOHAN Foundation website and helpline number as a source of information.
67 participants were presented in that talk. No question was raised by participants & no one signed the pledge form.
