On March 11, 2025, the MOHAN Foundation organized an awareness session at the RTO office in Wadala for people taking the online driving license exam. The session, led by Ms. Sakshi, started with her asking the attendees how many of them were familiar with organ donation. She then explained what organ donation is, who can donate organs, and the difference between living and deceased donations. Ms. Sakshi also informed them that the exam would include a question about whether they would want to donate their organs after death.

Ms. Sakshi further explained the types of death—cardiac death, where tissues can be donated, and brain stem death, where organs can be donated. She shared that one donor can save up to 9 lives and improve the lives of 50 others. The session ended with a discussion to clear up myths and misconceptions about organ donation. About 50 people attended, gaining a better understanding of how organ donation can make a big difference in people's lives.
