On February 14, 2025, the MOHAN Foundation, in collaboration with the Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH), Nagpur, successfully organized an Organ Donation Awareness Desk alongside a Blood Donation Camp at Futala Lake, Nagpur. The event, which aimed to raise awareness about organ donation and its life-saving potential, was inaugurated by Dr. Raj Gajbhiye, Dean of GMCH, and Dr. Avinash Gawande, Medical Superintendent. The program attracted over 500 participants, demonstrating strong community support for these crucial causes.

One of the highlights of the event was a heartfelt skit performed by students, which effectively conveyed the importance of both blood and organ donations. The performance deeply resonated with the attendees, sparking important conversations and reinforcing the life-saving impact of these contributions. MS Veena Wathore and MS Bhagyashree Nighot played pivotal roles in managing the awareness desk, ensuring that participants were well-informed about organ donation and the process of pledging to become donors.
