Mr. Mirza the circle inspector of traffic police station Hulimavu, by the instruction of          Mr. Shivaprakash Devaraj, I.P.S Deputy Commissioner of Police Traffic South Division, Bengaluru City, invited MOHAN Foundation to conduct an awareness talk on 23^rd January, 2025 on Brain Stem Death and Organ Donation for the different school students and the staff in the traffic awareness campaign at RV Dental College, bengaluru. Ms. Ranjini Shankar was the key resource.

Mrs. Ranjini Shankar MS, initiated the talk by introducing MOHAN Foundation, its mission, vision and kept the audience engaged throughout the session. The following concepts were explained in detail

• Concepts of organ and tissue donation,
• The types of death i.e., cardiac death and brain death
• Brain Death through Apnoea test
• Skin and bone donation.
• Myths and facts related to organ donation and its impact on the society

Mrs. Ranjini Shankar MS gave a brief insight into MOHAN Foundation courses and motivated the audience to pledge for organ donation
