On 15^th January 2025, Mr. Prakash Bapat, Organ Donation Ambassador, MOHAN Foundation, conducted an awareness program at RSS Shakha Parvati & Mitra Mandal, Pune. The awareness session was conducted for the volunteers as part of the Seva Saptah for a week.

Mr. Prakash Bapat began the session with the following topics were explained in details:

• Organ donation and its need
• Organs that can be donated during life and after death
• The time factor for donation and transplantation 
• Brain death & Difference between brain and coma
• Myths on Organ donation
• Skin donation & Eye donation

Some of the question raised:

1. What is the age limit for donation?

2. What is body donation?

3. Contraindication for donation?

Overall the session was very interactive where participants enthusiastically participated and clarified their doubts, contributed to the discussions and asked many questions. More than 26 participants attended the session.
