From January to October 2024, Subash Chandra Sarangi organized several awareness programs on organ donation, reaching over 800 individuals through in-person and online sessions. On January 30, he conducted a session at Vidya Vardhak College of Engineering, Mysuru, sensitizing 60+ faculty and staff as part of a Faculty Development Programme. Between February 3 and 8, he participated as a resource person in the RENEW-24 workshop at Thakur Naturopathy Foundation, Darbhanga, Bihar, conducting sessions for 50+ participants. On February 23, he held an awareness session at YASHADA, Pune, for 12 government training managers. An online webinar on March 16 engaged 65+ participants, followed by a large-scale program in Vijayawada on March 24 that reached 150 delegates of the Akhil Bharatiya Karmashala – Adhyatmika Swasthya. Two sessions in Jattari, Uttar Pradesh, on May 11 and 12, sensitized 60 individuals, including faculty and local businessmen.
Further programs included sessions for 16 postal service trainees at Vadodara on June 7 and 90+ delegates at Brahma Kumaris’ International Headquarters, Mount Abu, on June 30. Online platforms facilitated outreach on March 30 (40+) and on August 13 for World Organ Donation Day, with 60+ attendees. At Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on August 9, eight government training managers participated in a session. An awareness program at Kanpur’s Jeevan Vidya Shivir on September 22 reached 40 attendees. Finally, a webinar on October 4, hosted by Anubhuti Retreat Centre of Brahma Kumaris in California, engaged 45 individuals. These diverse events spanned academic institutions, administrative centers, spiritual gatherings, and virtual platforms, promoting awareness and the life-saving importance of organ donation.
