On July 30, 2024, an online awareness session on organ donation was conducted specifically for the employees of Adani Group. The session saw the participation of 39 employees who engaged actively in the discussions. Ms. Jaya led the session, covering a comprehensive range of topics related to organ donation. She provided valuable insights into various types of organ donation, addressed different types of death relevant to organ donation, and clarified prevalent myths and facts.

During the session, Ms. Jaya addressed several pertinent questions from attendees. One participant inquired whether individuals with existing medical conditions could still be donors. Another question sought clarification on whether a person without family could register for the pledge. Additionally, there was a question about whether donors are screened for transmissible diseases before donation. She answered all these questions and provided further clarity to the participants.
