We are asking all organ transplant recipients to join us in celebrating their new lease of life by participating in a Transplant Run/Walk. Here is a chance to make Chennaites aware of the value of an organ.
Dream Runners of Chennai has chosen organ donation as the cause for their 2013 Half Marathon. MOHAN Foundation is joining hands with them to organise a run/walk for organ transplant recipients. Transplant Recipients can walk or run for 3km, else register for the half marathon or 10 km run also.
Register and join us on 7th July at 5.00 am at Besant Nagar Beach to celebrate life!

Assembly Point: at 6.30 am
The assembly point is Olcott school (3rd Ave, Besant Nagar Chennai), Tamil Nadu which is right opposite Rajaji Bhavan, Besant Nagar. But as the traffic will be closed from the Aavin park in Adyar towards Besant Nagar (Theosophical Road) we would suggest you enter Besant Nagar from LB road and get into KFI. The Parking instructions are on our website (http://www.dreamrunners.in) with the location clearly marked. Please do go over it. The school is close to Besant Nagar Bus Terminus.
Route : The route is Olcott school to Esthel hotel (No.1, Royal Enclave Besant Avenue, Padmanabha Nagar, Adyar, Chennai), and Back - 2.5kms
Start time: Flag off the recipients run at 7 a.m. and it gets over when they finish the run which is subjective to the time taken by them.
