MOHAN Foundation was given an opportunity to put an information desk at Raj Nursing Home, Mogappair East. This was coordinated by intern Ms. Vijayalakshmi M, of MMM College of Health Sciences.
On January 27, 2023, Ms. Vijayalakshmi, intern and Mr. Ganesh C, Marketing Coordinator, approached Raj Nursing Home to put up an information desk. The doctor had to attend to an emergency case, and due to which all the staff became occupied. Ms. Vijayalakshmi oriented the available nurses (6) and explained the essence of organ donation and transplantation. Mr. Ganesh spoke with Ms. Latha, Staff Nurse and ensured that information desk will put up again on an alternative day. To improve the reach of the information Ms Latha suggested us to set the information desk by evening 6.00PM – 8.00PM.
