The Transplant Coordinator of Seven Star Hospital, Jagnade Square in Nagpur, Dr. Sandeep Nagmote, invited MOHAN Foundation to conduct an awareness session on organ donation. The programme was conducted on 12th December 2019 and around 130 participants were present in the programme.
Dr. Sandeep Nagmote gave the introductory speech and Dr. Ravi Wankhede from MOHAN Foundation presented in detail a wide range of topics about organ and tissue donation. He also explained the Transplantation of Human Organs Act which includes the offences and penalties related to the malpractices in organ donation.
