MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness session on organ donation for nursing students and Lions Club members at Lions Bhawan in Nalgonda district of Telangana.
Dr. Bhanu Prakash, Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation, spoke about the concept of organ donation and brain death. He emphasized on the importance of the organ donation and highlighted the need for it.
Around 150 people attended the program. Donor cards and brochures were distributed and everyone pledged to donate their organs.
Lions Club President Ms. P Saritha, Secretary Ms. M Ramadevi, and club member Ms. T Indira, appreciated MOHAN Foundation’s activities and thanked the speakers.
