On August 6, 2024, Navjeevan MFJCF, in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), organized an organ donation awareness session for the staff of CK Birla Hospital, Jaipur. The session aimed to educate healthcare professionals about the significance of organ donation, encourage them to pledge, and inspire initiatives to prevent brain deaths and organ failures. The key speaker for the event was Mr. Govind Gurbani, MFJCF Member. The session successfully raised awareness among CK Birla Hospital staff, with many pledging to donate their organs. The emphasis on prevention also sparked discussions among the participants on how to integrate these practices into their work to reduce the incidence of organ failures.
Close to 94 healthcare professionals were sensitized.
