The complete training modules are systematically prepared and explained. The entire course is designed in such manner that it comes in a sequence. At some places information repetition was observed but again it was appropriate as per topic and the place where it was presented.

Information on donor assessment and organ allocation were enlightening, offering insights into the medical criteria and the complexities involved.  Role of THOA and Legal frameworks governing transplantation practices provided a solid foundation for understanding the responsibilities of a coordinator. Training on communication techniques and emotional support for patients and families was invaluable, emphasizing the importance of empathy in our role.

Incorporating more in-depth case studies would provide further opportunities to analyse complex situations and develop problem-solving skills. Providing additional reading materials or access to online resources would help participants continue their education beyond the course. Training was a transformative experience that has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this critical role. I am grateful to MOHAN Foundation for the opportunity to learn from such experienced professionals and am excited to apply what I’ve learned in my future endeavours.
