Mrs. Lalitha Raghuram, Country Director of MOHAN Foundation was invited by Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Bangalore, to conduct a Masterclass on Communications and Leadership. The masterclass was held on 21st October, 2019.
About 30 senior doctors and paramedical staff attended and participated in the masterclass. Mrs. Raghuram made a presentation on basic concepts of organ donation, the process of deceased organ donation, communications and importance of team work.
An activity on “Team Building” received excellent response from the audience. At the end, certificates were issued to all the participants. The participants gave excellent feedback about the masterclass, and said that they look forward to doing their first deceased organ donation in their hospital very soon.
