The workshop was led by an international trainer, success coach & CEO at 3N Training, Mr. Naveen Nandigam.

3N Training provides transformational training workshops which are customized to suit the needs of the participants - whether they are entrepreneurs, business people, managers, employees, teachers, students, self-employed, professionals or any other audience. 3N Training programmes create ‘realisation’ which result in new paradigms - where in the participants will look at their life through the processes of 3N - which stands for learning in a NEW way, NURTURE their new Ideas and to be able to NAVIGATE through any situation to realize their profound objectives - both in their personal and professional lives.

The workshop had a motivating slogan “If you want to go fast, go alone but if you want to go far, go together and grow together” which thoroughly engaged all the participants. Mr. Naveen asked many interpersonal and motivating questions and discussed MCQs during the workshop which provoked the participants to realize their own personalities, strengths and weaknesses. Participants were taken through exercises to help them determine their personality types.  By the end of this interpersonal skills training, all participants increased their self-awareness and awareness of how they could improve the way they relate to others in order to work more effectively and to sustain high quality working relationships. The training made them understand how to make best use of body language, listening and oral communication and develop their strengths and areas for development.

Close to 65 participants attended the workshop.
