MOHAN Foundation Nagpur centre was invited by Mr. Nitesh Meshram at Lata Medical Research Foundation, Basant Nagar, Nagpur on 2nd May 2014 to give a talk on deceased organ donation.
Mr.Bulu Behera transplant coordinator of the MOHAN Foundation conducted that talk. With the help of a powerpoint presentation he explained the concepts of Organ Donation. He highlighted that organs and tissues can be donated after brain death, natural death, live donation and concept of brain death. He explained that after brain death it is impossible to come back his life & if the brain death patient’s family wants to donate organs then they can help several people.
20 participants were presented during the program. Mr. Bulu Behera gave other information about MOHAN Foundation like the toll free helpline number and training programs. He requested all to visit the MOHAN Foundation website for more information.

1) If any one signs the pledge form, but after death family is not interested how organs will be donated?
