The MOHAN Foundation - Nagpur held a drawing competition for children titled & Know Your Organs & on May 29, 2024, with the goal of raising awareness of human organs. Participants in this competition were the elementary school students from Indira Mata Nagar, Keshav Nagar, and Ektatmata Nagar.
They were given all the drawing supplies by Mr. Bulu Behera to depict human organs, including the kidney, liver, lungs, heart, and intestines. He also discussed the roles that our body 39 tissues and organs play as well as the need of hygiene.With enthusiasm, about thirty-five children took part. Using their drawings as assistance, Mr. Bulu Behera answered their questions and provided information about donating organs and tissues.
