On August 10, 2023, MOHAN Foundation (MF) was invited to conduct an awareness session on organ donation for NetCore Cloud Pvt. Ltd. Gurugram employees. Ms. Vaishnavi Mane, HR, NetCore Cloud, Mumbai, contacted Dr. Hemal Kanvinde, Quality Assurance Officer, MF, Chennai, to organise an organ donation awareness session at their Gurugram office. Ms. Simran Anand, Programme Officer, coordinated with Ms. Jini Sharma, HR, NetCore Cloud Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, to organise the session. Dr. Muneet Kaur Sahi was the resource person for the session. She was accompanied by Ms. Simran.
Dr. Muneet introduced the attendees to the MF and the basic idea of organ donation. She conveyed the concept of brain death. She emphasised the numerous stages involved in declaring brain death. The concept of "consent" in relation to deceased and living donors organ donations was also explained in detail.

The audience was informed about the process of becoming an organ donor as well as the importance of family dialogue regarding organ donation.
Overall, the session was interactive; participants enthusiastically contributed to the discussion.
