On 15th November 2018, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the Commandant, Col B P S Thakur to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their NCC Cadets at NCC Academy, Ropar, Punjab. Around 680 Cadets from various schools of Punjab and Officers participated in the program.
Col. BPS Thakur addressed the audience telling them about how important is Organ Donation and it provides the opportunity to improve the quality of life and saving lives of others. It is the greatest gift one can ever give.
Mr. Dewan started the lecture giving general information about Organ Donation.
Participants were given an introduction and presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma.

The entire audience got motivated and was an interactive session with the Cadets.
The awareness talk ended with a vote of thanks by Col. BPS Thakur. He encouraged the Cadets to be aware and spread the message of organ donation. Also share their wish with their families.
